MyDotCheck is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of the U.S. Department of Transportation or FMCSA. Data comes from public FMCSA datasets and may lag official records by a day or more. Government filings can be made directly with FMCSA at no charge.

Compliance checks, due dates, fee estimates and calculators are provided for information and convenience. They are not legal advice and may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm requirements and your records with FMCSA, your state, UCR, IFTA or IRP before relying on them.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MyDotCheck is not liable for fines, penalties, out-of-service orders or other losses arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or its alerts.
Acceptable use
