What we collect

When you sign up for alerts or early access we collect your email address, the USDOT number you enter and, for fleets, your approximate driver count. Our servers also log your IP address to prevent abuse.

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (self-hosted Umami) to count page views and button clicks. It does not track you across other sites.

Carrier data

Carrier pages show public records from the FMCSA Motor Carrier Census and Vehicle Inspection File, published by the U.S. Department of Transportation. We intentionally do not display carrier phone numbers or email addresses. To report an error, correct it with FMCSA or contact us.

How we use it

We use your email to send the alerts and updates you asked for and to reply to you. We do not sell your information. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email or by writing to us.

Retention and deletion

We keep sign-up data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Email hello@mydotcheck.com and we will delete your data within 30 days.
