What is Apportioned plates?
IRP license plates that cover a vehicle in every member jurisdiction.
Apportioned plates are issued by a carrier's base jurisdiction under the International Registration Plan. Fees are divided among jurisdictions based on miles driven in each.
The plate comes with a cab card that must stay in the vehicle.
